| Here's another shot from that epic sunrise over the Badwater basin
in Death Valley National Park.
Kendra and I had only been here once before at sunset on our first
day here and it seemed like the best light was either to the north
or the south. I settled in to this composition facing south before
the sky exploded...to the west.
I almost had tunnel vision and was facing south while the color
intensified and a photographer walked right by me. I thought, "what
is he shooting?!?!?". I turned my head 90 degrees and saw the sky
on fire.
This was the shot, prior to that revelation. Thanks photographer
dude, whoever you were!
