Feathers and Fur in Moss Landing - May 16, 2007

| Back again for some more sea otter shots and possible raptor photos. One of the two otters was still hanging out in Moss Landing harbor near the road, and this time I had some sunlight and closer action. The red-tail hawks and turkey vulture were south of town, and the images are heavily cropped. I have accepted the fact that my new lens is not a birding lens, but I figure it is good practice to shoot birds until I can afford a fatty lens such as the 500 or 600mm. |
