The second dive this day was one that many Monterey
and Carmel divers can relate to...having a friendly Harbor Seal follow
you around. This one was kind enough to pose for me and even played
hide-and-seek with Whelan. One rock had about 11-12 species of
nudibranchs on it...but I was too focused on the chubby seal. A new macro
lens and a cooperative subject,
especially a subject I had no
usable images of until this dive, made for quite a memorable experience.
