It all started
with a dive. Rather the drive home that started all this. I
set my trusty old Canon camera, along with lenses and flash,
on top of my friend's truck as we loaded our gear. A
few blocks down the road, I heard a "thunk". Deep
in my heart, I knew it was my camera.
It took me 10 months to buy my current Nikon N90S. And
only a few months after to buy the Aquatica housing, Sea & Sea
strobes, and Ultralight arms. By March of 2001, I was
in the pool at
Adventure
Sports Unlimited taking pictures of plastic flowers and
miniature giraffes, elephants, and lions. The following
month, I went to Cozumel and it was there that my camera acquired
the nickname "Arthropoda".
